Workplace leaders and CEOs around the world are discovering the value of inviting the presence and power of God to work in and through their workplace by having personal and corporate intercessors for their business. Once these leaders have made the significant decision to invite and increase God's presence and power by submitting their business to intercession, finding or equipping those intercessors can be a challenge. AIN rises to that challenge to assist these leaders identify and develop intercessory prayer teams for their business. AIN functions in two ways: connecting leaders in the workplace with apostolic intercessors and connecting apostolic intercessors with leaders thereby enhancing the relationship between the two groups.
Workplace Apostolic Intercessors
Workplace apostolic intercessors shift from petitioning God to standing with the business owner or leader inviting Jesus Christ into the workplace and officially announcing, declaring and decreeing what God has promised He will do for those in the workplace. These commanding actions are released with great faith, knowing that what is spoken will be manifested on Earth. Systematic, powerful, anointed intercession paves the way for those in the workplace. Results lead to workplace leaders receiving the revelation of Christ's purposes, plans and strategies, and removing obstacles that hinder advancement in their workplace. In doing so, we believe these strategically placed leaders are empowered to fulfill their destiny resulting in the transformation of society.
The Process
AIN Consultants and Team Directors meet with workplace leaders to listen, assess the workplace needs for intercession and strategize with owners to meet those needs quickly and effectively. Together we help workplace leaders discover why they need apostolic intercessors. We assist these clients in developing and implementing apostolic strategies for their workplace. AIN builds and multiplies professional, intentional and purposeful apostolic prayer teams to impact the ministry of those in the workplace.
What We Provide
AIN is committed to embracing the spirit of excellence in all we do, and we have the experience in recruiting and training intercessors to make the process simple and easy. Single consultations or on-going cooperation arre offered to support a client on a contractual basis. We know the value of praying with and for workplace leaders and want to assist our clients by interceding for them as they walk in their calling and by warring in prayer for the transference of wealth.
Our Goal
Our goal is to enhance the relationship between intercessors and leaders in the workplace as we work to build a strong connection between them. AIN provides intercessors for those in the workplace on a contractual fee basis. If the workplace does not have their own intercessors or if their intercessors need training and equipping, then the AIN Team Director can assign an experienced interim team of intercessors to pray. This team is selected from AIN members. With the team in place, the AIN Team Director is available to train and assist the client in building up their own permanent team. All prophetic input received from AIN intercessors is evaluated prior to releasing it to the client.
AIN Training
Some of the training AIN offers for those in the workplace consists of: how to hear the voice of God for your business, how to operate in the gifts of the Spirit and how to do business God's way. We assist with networking between businesses that are like-minded. AIN also offers prayer training for workplace leaders, their partners, board members and staff.
